Jean was a brilliant chemist. He worked in Montreal, Canada, for a large chemical company. His company made chemicals for food that are called additives. The additives give food different colors and flavors. He had a beautiful family, his wife called Katya and his son called Alain. Katya hated the hamburgers and Alain hated the green vegetables, Katya always tried to persuade Alain to eat vegetables, but she can’t persuade him.
